Do You Offer Pick Up?
Yes we do offer pick from Bayswater Victoria, where we also have a showroom available to inspect our products. Please see the contact us page to book an appointment.
What Payment Methods do you offer?
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal or credit card as it allows us to freight your goods as soon as possible resulting in quicker service for you. Although if these payment methods are not suitable we can accept, Bank Deposit, Money Order, Cheque and Cash on pick up. Unfortunately cash on delivery is not available. Please contact us if you wish to pay by any secondary method.
Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
Yes, our showroom is available in Bayswater Vic. Inspections of products are available 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week by appointment only . To make an appointment please contact one of our sales representatives through the contact us page.
How are my items sent?
Items are sent by Allied express an Australia wide courier company, once your items is prepared for packing you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, although we are looking at this for the future. |
